This pandemic was not coming to the world. Many businesses have been persuaded by COVID to adopt digitalization and accelerate their adoption. The increased risk of cyber-attacks is one consequence of rapid digitalization. A cyber pandemic could have a much greater impact on the world than COVID. It is important to review policies and regulations, and plan for future cyber-attacks. This session will focus on:- Evaluating global privacy policies and regulations.- Preparing for the next wave.- Strengthening global cooperation in digital trust and security.- Building skills for the digital future.

HH Sheikh Mohammed
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Arabic: mHmd bn rshd mktwm; Muhammad bin Rashid Al Maktum; was born 15 July 1949), is Vice President and Prime Minister for the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as well as its Minister of Defence and ruler of Dubai. After the death of his brother, Sheikh Maktoum, he was elevated to the throne.
He is a billionaire. There is a blurred line between assets of the government and those of Al Maktoum’s ruling family. Dubai Holding holds many of these. Dubai Holding has many of these. Sheikh Mohammed has managed the development of many projects in Dubai, including the Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Dubai International Finance Centre. Burj Khalifa was also built by him, which is the tallest building in the entire world.
Al Maktoum is Dubai’s absolute monarch. His regime is autocratic because there are no democratic institutions and internal dissent is forbidden. Al Maktoum is the Prime Minister of the UAE. Scholars describe it as an authoritarian regime.
A British court ruled on 5 March 2020 that he had abducted his two daughters and threatened Princess Haya. [17] His daughters Shamsa and Latifa were allegedly forcibly treated in Dubai, where they were held under Al Maktoum’s orders since 2000 and 2018. [18] Panorama, BBC’s Panorama, broadcast a critical documentary on Princess Latifa’s video messages. She made them secretly in Dubai under the orders of Sheikh Mohammed.
He is a keen equestrian and is the founder of the Maktoum family’s Godolphin stable. Darley, a thoroughbred breeding facility, is also in operation in six countries. He rode the horse Madji du Pont 160 km to win the FEI World Endurance Championship in 2012.
